Irish Jobs: Make A Name For Yourself

MAKING A NAME FOR OURSELVES WITH IRISH JOBS.

Not everyone loves their job as much as we do, research showed us that a lot of people were dissatisfied with their jobs, feeling undervalued and trapped. But finding a better job can be hard and the fear and anxiety of it often leads to procrastination.

Good news for these people though, Irish Jobs can help. We positioned the platform as the catalyst for people to shape their own future and define the career they want.

The ‘Make a Name For Yourself’ campaign leaned into the post-pandemic Great Resignation to make Irish Jobs a necessity for any young careerists. OOH, dynamic, radio and social media got the message to all the right people.

SARAH BREWER, GROUP MARKETING DIRECTOR

“We were delighted with the effectiveness of the Jobsiest Job Site campaign for Jobs.ie – at a time when job content on our platform was increasing at a rate not experienced before, we really needed to deliver new jobseekers to the site. Our biggest objectives were to increase visits to our platform but most importantly were to increase our jobseeker registrations. Once a jobseeker registers on the platform, they automatically get served instant job matches and content relevant to their job search, so to see an uplift of 26.7% in registrations was a terrific result and a clear indicator of how successful the campaign and the creative was.”
